Windows Security Updates

Dear Windows,
Thanks so much for giving me updates every other day that require a reboot. Lord knows I couldn't possibly be comfortable with all the stuff I have open. I really enjoy getting all my programs opened up again and re-situated. Oh, and I especially enjoy the WGA updates.
Thank you for protecting me and my legit OS from all of those horrible horrible software pirates.

Deleting files in Windows Exploder

Windows,
If a file is "in use" by a process and I can't delete it or move it, then why is it OK
for me to move it to the recycle bin and then empty the recycle bin? I wish you
would make up your mind.
